WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and former Texas Longhorns standout Xavier Worthy has been arrested. Jail records in Williamson County, just north of Austin, show the 21-year-old Worthy was arrested by the sheriff's office and booked into county jail.
Per Williams County, Texas, online records, Worthy was arrested on Friday, March 7, and charged with assault against a family or household member by impeding their breathing or circulation. The identity of the family or household member has not yet been publicly revealed.
