WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - Flood concerns in the Wichita Falls area are rising as more rainfall continues.

The Lucy Park area and portions of the Wichita Bluff Nature Area are completely flooded, and residents are advised to avoid those areas.

In a public statement, the City of Wichita Falls said the Wichita River level is dropping at a slower rate because the Red River is flowing full.
