With just a few weeks remain in MLB Spring Training and the Detroit Tigers are slowly gearing up for the 2025 regular season, On Thursday afternoon, the Detroit Tigers will welcome the New York Yankees to Lakeland.

The Tigers were in Tampa on Monday to take on the Yankees for the second time this spring, with New York running away with a convincing win.

Prior to taking on the Yankees on Thursday, Detroit will be visiting the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday before returning to Lakeland on Wednesday to take on the Tampa Bay Rays.

It has been up and down for the Bengals during the preseason, picking up comfortable wins over the Baltimore Orioles and Philadelphia Phillies, they have been on the wrong side of one-sided affairs against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Detroit is 1-1 against the Yankees so far this preseason, as the Tigers came away with a 4-0 win over New York on Feb. 23.

This is the 10th of 15 scheduled Spring Training games at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. This is also the final meeting this season between the Rays and Tigers before the regular season.
