The couple from Leesburg, Florida, received prison terms of approximately 13 years yesterday after a medical examiner found the infant had not eaten for about two to three days before being declared dead, reported FOX 35 Orlando .

Judge Cary F. Rada handed down the sentences, with Lehman getting 13 years and Brittian receiving 13.25 years in prison.
