Real estate experts are always quick to point out that a buyer will often decide whether or not they're going to buy a house within the first few minutes of viewing the property. That means first impressions are everything, and curb appeal could mean the difference between a quick profitable sale or an endless episode of low-ball offers. So what's the best way to amp up your curb appeal? With one of the largest, forward facing elements of your home: your garage door. For some reason, it seems like all the home-reno shows tend to overlook the garage -- opting instead to create a breakfast nook or something like that -- or maybe I don't watch enough HGTV. Regardless, a quick internet search reveals that we're on to something here, and this is what we found!
