All your luxury cheese dreams can come true thanks to bulk retailer Costco.

Cheese-addicted shoppers can now buy the equivalent weight of a third-grader in parmesan cheese. It comes in the form of a 72-pound wheel by the name of Kirkland Signature Whole Wheel Parmesan Reggiano, and it can be all yours for a cool $900.

Made from fresh milk and imported from Italy, the 72-pound wheel of cheese must be pre-ordered and takes two to three days to ship. Orders may be placed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is to avoid the cheese spoiling if it sits over the weekend.

The wheel is made in the Parma and Reggio Emilio provinces in Italy and aged 24 months, according to the product description. The $899.99 price tag breaks down to $12.50 a pound, which includes shipping and handling. Described by the company as the "apex of Italian cheese making and a symbol of Italian culture and civilization," this cheese is full of flavor and goes with just about every Italian dish we can think of.

According to Costco's site, this 72-pound wheel of parmesan cheese goes well with Chianti, Merlot, Pino Grigio, and Montepulciano. Perhaps the biggest question we have is, what will a regular, home-cooking Costco shopper do with ALL THAT CHEESE?

Maybe pass it out to guests as a wedding memento? (a rather brilliant idea and makes us mad we didn’t think of it first.) Or maybe a great buy for a family reunion, a summer camp, or a gift for the ultimate cheesehead—it doesn’t really matter to us what you do with it, all that matters is that it makes you happy. After all, what you do with the cheese is between you and the wheel ... we won’t judge.
