NASHVILLE, Tenn. — No. 7-seeded Missouri basketball will open its postseason campaign against No. 10-seed Mississippi State in the second round of the SEC Tournament on Thursday at Bridgestone Arena. Mizzou (21-10) finished the regular season on a three-game losing streak, most recently falling at home against Kentucky on Saturday at Mizzou Arena. The Tigers have lost four of their past five games. The Bulldogs (21-11) beat LSU 91-62 in the first round of the SEC Tournament on Wednesday night. Thursday’s game between Missouri and Mississippi State will be a rematch of a Feb. 1 game in Starkville, Mississippi, where MU won 88-61. The winner of the game will advance to face Florida in the quarterfinals on Friday in Nashville.
